General Information for Bidders 5% BUYERS PREMIUM charged on hammer price Bidding commences at 10am Sunday. Official viewing times: Saturday 9am - 4 pm, Sunday 8.30am - 9.45 am All bidders must register at the office prior bidding. Absentee bids are accepted. All goods are sold as is. Without any warranty or guarantee so please examine goods before bidding. At the close of bidding on each lot, the winning bidder becomes responsible for the care of their goods. Payment of goods is by cash or approved cheque only ON THE DAY OF SALE. No goods may be removed without a receipt. Goods should be paid for and removed on the day of sale. We remain on site for at least 2 hours after the conclusion of any sale. If this is not possible to remove goods on sale day, they may be collected Monday morning between 9am - 11am. Delivery is available (charges apply) If you are unable to collect by 11am Monday please speak to us PRIOR to or immediately after bidding. If you are leaving goods to be collected on a Monday we would appreciate you letting us know. Goods not collected by 11am Monday will be considered unwanted and disposed of accordingly (unless prior arrangement have been made) Avoid unnecessary fees If paying by cheque please ensure funds are available. If a cheque is dishonoured an account will be issued for the amount outstanding plus an additional $5.00 accounting fee. If you need to arrange a late collection of your goods please do so on Sale Day (Sunday). If you leave this request until Monday a late collection fee of $10 may apply.
