General Information for Vendor

Commission and charges.
(minimum $5.00 from June 2011)
Commission: 15%
$1 per lot.**
Cartage (pickup fee) as quoted
Storage if approved : as quoted

**unsold, unreserved lots are usually not charged however from June 2011 a minimum charge per vendor applies


All care exercised but no responsibility taken for goods on consignment
Insurance remains the responsibility of the vendor.

Vender payment and summary are usually issued 14  working days after sale.
No responsibility can be taken for delays by Australia Post
Failure to complete all details on your vendor consignment sheet will delay payment.

General Auctions :
   9am - 4.30pm  Wednesday prior to sale day  
Antiques & Collectibles Auctions:
Tuesday & Wednesday prior to sale day

After hour : please phone to arrange for late dropoff.

Pickup of goods is available for a fee. Pickups are conducted on Tuesday so please phone to arrange pickup at least a full week prior to auction date.

Non Auction weeks: We have a very limited storage therefore we only except goods outside Auction week under special circumstances. If we do accept and store goods a fee may apply.



Where to bring goods
:
Beau Brown Pavillion , Bathurst Showgrounds, please  check with staff before unloading, in case there is a queue.

A list of the goods will be made and you will be given a receipted copy. Please keep this sheet as it has your vendor number, in case you need to make an enquiry. Goods are then sorted, assessed and positioned by our staff. If you are using a carrier, please supply them with your name, address and GST details (if applicable).

If you would like an estimate of the likely result of your goods, please ask. We may advise as to the saleability, or otherwise, of some items.

In most cases items will be sold to the highest bidder.

Reserves
:
Please discuss this when submitting goods. Items may be sold if bidding gets with in 25% of reserve. Reserve are valid for one auction ONLY. As of June 2011 reserved lots will attached a $1.00 fee whether sold or not.


Unsold Items:Unsold should be collected by Vendor.
Items may be collectected:
Sale Day from 1 hours after the conclusion of sale to 7pm
Monday 9am - 11am

Unsold items not collected by 11am Monday  will at our discretion & without prior consultation with vendor  be either

Roll Over:

roll over into subsequent sales.
OR
Charity Donation
Items that achieve no price at sale are offered to a local charity.
Tipping items:
Unsold items that are not acceptable for donation will be tipped. A fee may be charged if tipping is necessary.I

Special Sales:
Schedules are published three or four times a year
