General Information for Vendor

Entries accepted: Wednesday until full prior to Auction.

After hour
(after 4.30pm) entries by prior arrangement only. 

Pickup of goods is available for a fee. Pickups are conducted on Tuesday so please phone to arrange pickup at least a week prior to auction date.

All care exercised but no responsibility taken for goods on consignment
Insurance remains the responsibility of the vendor.

Where to bring goods
:
Beau Brown Pavillion , Bathurst Showgrounds, please  check with staff before unloading, in case there is a queue.

A list of the goods will be made and you will be given a receipted copy. Please keep this sheet as it has your vendor number, in case you need to make an enquiry. Goods are then sorted, assessed and positioned by our staff. If you are using a carrier, please supply them with your name, address and GST details (if applicable).

If you would like an estimate of the likely result of your goods, please ask. We may advise as to the saleability, or otherwise, of some items.

In most cases items will be sold to the highest bidder.

Reserves
:
We generally do not accept reserves from Vendors. We will record an agreed estimate target upon request. Please discuss this when submitting goods. If you are concerned about this, talk to us.
(if we accept your reserve a small fee will  apply).

Unsold Items:
If your items are unsold,they will be automatically
either

Roll Over:

roll over into subsequent sales. You can of course come and pick them up if you do not wish for this to happen.

OR

Charity Donation
Items that achieve no price at sale are offered to a local charity. If you are concerned about an item of marginal value being donated to charity it is best not to enter it into sale.

Tipping items:
Unsold items that are not acceptable for donation will be tipped. A fee may be charged if tipping is necessary.I

Special Sales:
Schedules are published three or four times a year

Commission and charges.

Commission: 15%
$1 per lot sold.
Cartage (pickup fee) as quoted

Vender payment and summary are usually issued 10-14  working days after sale.
Failure to complete all details on your vendor consignment sheet will delay payment.
